Many of our employees join our team as their first job - they become restaurant servers, lifeguards, housekeepers, members of our banquet set-up crew and more. Across our company, over 37% of our management team began their careers at Scott Enterprises in an entry-level role and became managers by taking advantage of the resources Scott Enterprises provides. Scott Enterprises is a third-generation, family-owned business with locations throughout Northwest Pennsylvania and Southwest New York. Scott Enterprises owns & operates Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park Resort, Peek’n Peak Resort, Ambassador Banquet & Conference Center, Oliver's Rooftop Restaurant and Beer Garden, a variety of franchise restaurants, multiple hotels and is building its newest venture along Erie’s Bayfront, a mixed-use development named Harbor Place.

I enjoy teaching lifeguards and supervisors new skills and watching them evolve into well rounded employees. With the help of my supervisors and instructors, our lifeguards have the opportunity to make our guests stay that much more enjoyable.
